Agreement to Use the Facilities

CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE SCHOOL BUILDING

  1.  The key is to be signed out from the Rectory by an adult and returned to the Rectory the same night.
  2. Set up and break down is the responsibility of the organization.
  3. Please keep the facility clean.  Any problems should be reported to the Rectory and or principal.  Meetings should be over by 10:30 PM.
  4. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult and remain in the assigned area.
  5. Please make sure all doors are locked upon leaving, lights turned off, and any garbage thrown out by the dumpster.
