Internet and Computer Use Agreement for Schools

I have read, understand, and agree to everything in the St. Anthony School Internet and Computer Policy. I understand that I am responsible for whatever I do while I am using the computers and Internet at school or on school devices at home. I know that I am expected to act like a good student in a Catholic school whenever I am using the computers and Internet at St. Anthony School or school devices at home.

I understand that I may be punished, and lose the privilege to use the computers and Internet at School or on school devices at home if I break any of the rules in the Internet and Computer Policy of St. Anthony School. To show that I understand, I am writing my name here.
