New students applying for Pre-School, Pre-K and Kindergarten will be required to schedule an appointment for a "Classroom Visitation" in the Spring. All new students must submit a completed health form, immunization records and a birth certificate. Immunizations must be up to date. A Baptismal Certificate, if applicable, is required.

Transfer Students: Transfer students applying for grades 1 - 8 will be required to provide a copy of their most recent report card and a copy of standardized test scores. An appointment with the Principal is required. Placement test requirements are determined on a case by case basis.
