Sports Clubs

Participation in sports helps to nourish a student’s development in countless ways. Physically, the students build motor skills, endurance, coordination and balance, as well as an awareness of one’s own body and its functioning. Mentally, students develop focus, determination and self-regulation. Emotionally, students grow their interpersonal skills and resilience. We offer the following physical activities as clubs to provide students these valuable, formative experiences.
